HVAC Services in Lexington

These gentleman were my saviors. After 2 weeks with no heat, they came through for me. I am a customer for life! ❤️

Shifflett and team installed a new HVAC system at a much more reasonable price than several other places I quoted. They have even been back to help when I had a couple small issues that I thought were related to my HVAC but weren’t. He and his team are always knowledgeable, quick and honest!

I called Shifflett HVAC at 9:00 am during a heat wave this year when the whole family woke up sweating - by noon we had to turn the air down! Couldn't believe the cost was as low as it was, we would've paid more just for the service alone. They got there and fixed everything like it was their home. I couldn't be happier that I found a reliable trustworthy HVAC company we can turn to. They get my HIGHEST ENDORSEMENT!

Justin was great, he came out and talked us through what could be wrong with our system. He not only explained it to my husband he also was very patient on explaining it to me in terms I could understand. We will 100% use him going forward.

I had my AC unit go bad and Shifflet was able to come out next day and take a look at it. He was able to give me multiple options on how it could be fixed or replaced. Ultimately, decide to replace the AC unit and it was installed within the next week! Great person to contact if you need something fixed for your AC!

I highly recommend Justin. He has always done great work for us and recently replaced a unit for my daughter. Very kind and professional.

Great guy here!!! Honest and fair! Had an issue on the hottest day this year and it was fixed in no time! My wife and kids are grateful as well as I! I WILL BE calling him again should I have more issues in the future!

I called and they advised they could be there that afternoon. They showed up when and as promised. Got everything working and had the best customer service I’ve experienced in HVAC. 10/10 recommend. They will be definitely be my go to HVAC and Electric.

We had another HVAC company assess why our heating unit wasn’t working. They told us it was unfixable and we needed a new unit for $10,000. We decided to get a second opinion from Justin Shiflett. He told us we only needed a small part that was less than $100. He arrived quickly, made the repair and three years later our heating unit still works perfectly! He is honest, professional and a genuinely good person. Definitely recommend!

Fast service and absolutely amazing team! Justin and his crew will find and fix the issue and quickly!!!

We’ve been using Justin for years. We really appreciate his service and support.

2018 Justin installed a GEO Therm unit for me. I had no problems with it until last week when it stopped cooling. Justin came in a timely manner quickly found the problem and had in working properly with in 45 minutes

Shifflett HVAC & Electric has been our HVAC contractor for years for all our new construction homes. They are very reasonably priced as well as friendly and honest. We also live in a 100 year old home with three different units that they service every year. I highly recommend Shifflett HVAC for both new installations and service.

We had a heat pump failure during a period of extreme cold, the guys at Shiftlet HVAC got our system up and running in a timely manner, and were surprisingly affordable, highly recommend!

Shifflet HVAC came out diagnose my AC issues and were able to quickly uncover the issue and correct it. Efficient, helpful, and very fair price. Definitely will call on them for any future issues

In one word - WONDERFUL ! Always answers calls or calls back in just few minutes- Clean, very polite and professional- explains everything and doesn’t try to just sell you a new unit.

This is the second time we've used Shifflett HVAC and both times were great experiences. A family member of ours used Shifflett too and they are very pleased. In July of 2022, our ac was failing due to its age of 20+years. We contacted Justin late one Friday afternoon and he arrived Saturday morning promptly. Justin provided several options and we chose to replace the ac and furnace. The equipment was ordered and installed within days! Justin and his crew were very knowledgeable and did a super job getting our new equipment installed and had us up and running within the same day. Justin was vey responsive to all my calls and messages. Shifflett HVAC offered the best price by far and did not undersized the unit and even set up the Wi-Fi thermostat for me. Justin completed our warranty paperwork on line and emailed me verification prior to leaving the job site. We're completely satisfied and would recommend Justin Shifflett to anyone. He's dependable, affordable and honest with no hidden fees.

Justin and his crew are some of my most trusted service providers. He always goes above and beyond to do right by his customers. Lots of HVAC companies want to push new systems on people, but Justin will spend a little extra time and go the extra mile to repair it if it is possible. Justin is a trustworthy christian man and does work for my investment properties as-well as my personal home. Highly Recommend!
